Hello There!

I have always been a coach - only now I have a title to prove it! My passion has always been to seek the best for others, providing support, direction, and encouragement as I empower them to pursue both the dreams they have for themselves and the dreams God has placed on their hearts. 

 

This passion has arisen from seeing how God has led and moved in my own life, in so many challenging and incredible ways. Often, all I've had to go on to pursue what God has placed on my heart is faith that He will work it out, as well as support from my friends and family. And that’s exactly what I want to be for other women - the support they need to pursue their God-sized dreams He’s calling them to chase. 

 

With all my life experience, throughout the transitions and what I've learned about grounding my purpose in who God has created me to be, it has become my mission as a life coach to guide Christian women in recognizing their own purposes, who they were created to be, in God in all they do -- whether that be in their families, careers, self-images, passions, etc.

 

Often in the midst of uncertainty, transition, and taking big risks. Often in the midst of feeling stuck with nowhere to go.

 

My goal is to help women overcome any roadblocks in their lives that prevent them from doing what God has called them to do!

 

Additionally, I have a bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focus in Biology from Southeastern University, as well as a master’s degree in Divinity from Lipscomb University. Having lived in Nashville, TN to pursue my master’s, I have found there is not any other city in America that feels like home as much as Nashville does. And, since attending seminary, I have sought to expand my health and nutrition knowledge through getting health and life coach certification, as well as Nutrition Response Testing® certification. 

 

Overall, I see myself as a passionate and Gospel-driven health and life coach, who is here to help Christian women from all walks of life as they pursue what it means to be a genuine follower of Jesus.
